So sorry to hear this is affecting you in such a way. It’s such a shame that Twitter is evolving (if that’s the right word!) the way that it is.Twitter is changing in so many unattractive ways. I’ve lost a brilliant network of writing friends on there through the feed changes. Also anytime I menton ‘Substack’ the reach of my posts goes to double figures (if I’m lucky!). Such a shame as this is my predominant way of sharing posts from my newsletter.
I'm not sure what to think anymore, first they take money for Twitter Blue, no verification badge visible and then they announce this for livestreaming... I'm a little confused. You think they promote substack?
It’s terrible. Such a loss for networks and communities. Sorry to hear you’re having such a nightmare.
I think Twitter is muting tweets that mention Substack to stop people clicking away from Twitter. I’ve see a real hit to my reach levels when I tweet about Substack.
Today it's the 14th of February and Twitter Dev is still delaying the new API changes so Livestream ahead, there is no clear date at this stage when they will put the API changes through.

Yes you’re probably right, same for YouTube links
That’s so frustrating 😣
